Who this applies to

This Privacy Policy describes how the Invoizen iOS app ("Invoizen", "we", "us") handles information. It applies to your use of the app and this website. By using Invoizen, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We do not collect your data. Invoizen does not require an account and has no backend servers. Everything you create in the app — your business details, clients, estimates, invoices, and line items — is stored locally on your device and stays there.

• We have no servers that receive your information.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We cannot see, access, or recover your data.

Device permissions you control

Invoizen asks for a few iOS permissions only so specific features can work. These are used on your device and the data is not transmitted to us:

• Contacts — If you choose to add a client from your address book, Invoizen reads the contact you select so it can fill in their details. It does not upload or scan your contacts.
• Photos — If you choose to set a business logo, Invoizen accesses the image you pick. It does not browse or upload your photo library.
• Sharing — When you export or send an invoice, iOS's share sheet hands the file to the app you choose (Mail, Messages, etc.). What happens after that is governed by that app's privacy policy.

You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

How your data is stored

Invoizen stores your data in a local database on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your iPhone, your app data may be included in your encrypted Apple backup according to Apple's terms. We do not control or have access to those backups.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information, because we never receive it in the first place. The only information that leaves your device is what you deliberately send — for example, when you share an invoice PDF with a client.

Children's privacy

Invoizen is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you remain fully in control. You can delete individual invoices, estimates, and clients in the app, or remove everything at once by deleting the app from your iPhone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Invoizen after changes means you accept the revised policy.
